Looks pretty solidly Liberal doesn’t it?
But may not get the 76 seats necessary

On the current call ALP won't win outright. Would need 24 of the 34 undecided.

Nickman is a genius. That is all.
Image

Son, we live in a world that has forums, and those forums have to be guarded by Mods. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Nickman? I have a greater responsibility than you can possibly fathom. You weep for Lucy, and you curse GE. You have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what I know -- that GE’s moderation, while tragic, probably saved lives; and my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, keeps threads on track and under the appropriately sized, highlighted green headings.
You want moderation because deep down in places you don't talk about at parties, you want me on that forum -- you need me on that forum. We use words like "stay on topic," "use the appropriate forum," "please delete." We use these words as the backbone of a life spent defending something. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very moderation that I provide and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather that you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise, I suggest you get a green handle and edit a post. Either way, I don't give a DAMN what you think about moderation.

ABC has the LNP up 73-64 while Sky has them up 70-59. Shows differences in how they do early calls.

It's almost worth another three years of putting up with the libs for another 3 years just to see the look on Shortens smug, punchable face when he concedes.

Possibly, could see either.

Given this result you’d probably think Albo has a better chance in the marginal seats.

Plibersek and Wong trotting out multiple excuses but are light years away from the real reason they've lost.

Like it or not, this election was lost on Shortens smugness, his high taxes and his ridiculous climate change agenda.

Only have to point the finger in one direction. Pretty sure they know it but cannot say publicly. At least not at this stage.

Geez even the panels are talking about policies in identify all these reasons for the pending result. This purely and simply a rejection of Bill Shorten as a prospective PM.

I don't know. It would have been an easy decision for me to vote for the ALP if he wasn't so focused on taxing the crap out of self funded retirees. As much as I can't stand him, I was hoping for a clean out of the libs.

the only policy take away ive seen made clear on this, is that the LIBS won in spite of their climate change policy... they'll need to review their policies on that for sure and certain... having Abbott out the **** door will probably help that?

You've had one.

No Pine.
No Banks.
No Turnbull.
No Bishop.
Now, no more Abbott.

Now we'll have a somewhat stable, conservative Liberal party again and none of this left leaning idiocy that crept in.

I think you'll find this new Liberal government is probably trending towards being more moderate than conservative, Dubs.
