Agreed. That amendment was made when it took 30secs to load a gun....not 30rounds in a second.

Anyone think the reports coming out about the court case are sounding a bit suspect? The lead detective has old charges against him dug up? Etc.

If the Judge's closing statement last night is anything to go by he will probably go down for manslaughter. Cold comfort for the family when you consider how much seemingly compelling evidence the judge decided to ignore in coming to the the not guilty verdicts on Murder.

I am actually more interested in the Tostee case on the Gold Coast although I suspect that will also finish with a manslaughter conviction and a few years on protection with the likes of Brett Peter Cowan.

from what I have read the prosecution had a far better case in pistorius then in Tostee.
