As we all know, in 2 days it's Shrove Tuesday - what sort of pancakes will everyone be having?
I bought Green's Pancake Shake yesterday, I intend eating a lot of pancakes.

Shrovew tuesday (pancake day) is the day before Ash wednesday the start of lent.. It came about by Lent been a time of fasting, so they made pancakes to use up eggs, flour and milk.
I might go to the crepe cafe and get a couple of $3 pancakes, have to do that before 11 am.

For me, I don't usually have dinner on Shrove Tuesday, it's pancakes, pancakes and more pancakes. Hot out of the frypan, freshly buttered, and then a light covering of sugar.

So says the banner thief.
For the non-LU members here, time for a little history lesson. Quinny's Pancake thread last year was the moment where the original Social Thread was born.

Quinny knew beforehand that I was going to use paperclips.
