Ghost Of Days Gone By - Alter Bridge
This is actually easy for me, it's just the perfect song. Perfect for whatever mood I'm in.

The spiral of silence refers to the idea that when people fail to speak, the price of speaking rises. As the price to speak rises, still fewer speak out, which further causes the price to rise, so that fewer people yet will speak out, until a whole culture or nation is silenced. This is what happened in Germany.
If you do not speak, you are not being neutral, but are contributing to the success of the thing you refuse to name and condemn.

Re: Your favourite song ever
Also my favourite band of all time and one of the reasons I am going to Finland. They've never been big, just some blokes who decided to not compromise on their musical compositions. Atmospheric pagan metal. 16+ minute songs turned people away from their music, hell I will admit I was sketchy the first time I saw Tulimyrsky was 30 mins long, however, they are a band that remind me of when I was a child listening to my dads record player, the albums are meant to be listened to from start to completion appreciating each moment for what it is worth. I hope someone ends up enjoying them too.
