I'm after a pair of flat comfy sneakers that I can treat like dirt. And Volleys I remember as just that.
Kmart, Target, Lowes still sell them so I got on line to check it out. They come in various colours now and even have LimeGreen..nice.

They're made to wear out and full part real quick..$42 is damn expensive.

too many 2's for the other bloke, needed 35 off last 3 overs I wasn't going and we had 2 good sloggers in after me so I sacrificed myself, literally walked off to get stumped

Hey guys and dolls..I need some advice.

The spare key to my Triton won't start the engine. It unlocks/locks the doors(central locking). It fits into the ignition and turns the accecceries "ON"..but won't start the engine.

Now clearly..the key isn't programmed or chipped or whatever and I've looked on the inter web at videos showing me how to program this spare key.

But I'm not sure/confident about this or should ring an automotive locksmith and get a price for a new key.

I don't want to ripped off on the price of a new key is all..

Anybody else dealt with this recently ?

There's a YouTube vid telling me to put the spare in the ignition..turn it on to "accessories" and wait 10mins. Then turn ignition off, remove key.

Repeat that 3 times.

After removing key for the 3rd. Put key back in ignition and engine will start.

Anyone ?

Just ducked over to the key guy outside Woolies. Initially it was going to cost $220 for a brand new key but luckily I took the non working fob with me. He put in a new chip, programmed it and even gave me a couple of spare batts..$99.95

The key guy(Richard) saved me a few bob..

All done now.

So each morning before I start work at 8am I’ll give Mack and Cheese a treat.

I’ve realised I’ve created 2 mini bosses now, because at 8am every morning they make their way to the office and wait for me to log in.
Feel free to call me RickyRicky StickStick if you like. I will also accept Super Fui, King Brad, Kid Dynamite, Chocolate-Thunda... or Brad.

So last night Mrs Fui and I ordered Oporto through Menu Log. After waiting over an hour, I checked the app to see it was registered as being delivered. Knowing i wasn’t, I started to investigate. Turns out they delivered it to the wrong address. 25 instead of 22. I decided to take a punt and walk over to 25 to see if it did get delivered.

Knock on the door, this guy and his daughter answers. Daughter looks under 10. I ask about the Oporto, and he apologises. He said his name’s Brad also, when the order arrived he insisted it wasn’t his, the driver was adamant he had an order for 2 people under Brad, so he took it and ate it. He was thinking someone might have ordered for him and the daughter, but didn’t understand why it was 2 adult meals. The daughter felt relieved, she thought they got hacked and this was the start of something bad.

Anyway, Brad tells me he has no money on him, but he re-orders my order through Menulog. What are the chances?

Son, we live in a world that has forums, and those forums have to be guarded by Mods. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Nickman? I have a greater responsibility than you can possibly fathom. You weep for Lucy, and you curse GE. You have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what I know -- that GE’s moderation, while tragic, probably saved lives; and my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, keeps threads on track and under the appropriately sized, highlighted green headings.
You want moderation because deep down in places you don't talk about at parties, you want me on that forum -- you need me on that forum. We use words like "stay on topic," "use the appropriate forum," "please delete." We use these words as the backbone of a life spent defending something. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very moderation that I provide and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather that you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise, I suggest you get a green handle and edit a post. Either way, I don't give a DAMN what you think about moderation.

I agree about the Duck photos. I’ve let Mrs Fui know when we move out of Sydney, I want to get a Duck and name him El Quacko.

Strongly recommend a Pekin. Lovely ducks, unless they're broody in which case they are murderous psychopaths.

You shouldn't get just one duck. They really like having a friend to quack with.

Yeah that’s a good point. We’re definitely considering our options at the moment. If where we work decides to make WFH the norm, then we’re thinking of can moving out a little further and get a small piece of land. We love the Hawkesbury, so the balls in works hands at the moment.

Good point, I’ll need a second name to come up with

Road closures, cars floating everywhere.

I was so keen I tried 3 different routes..only to be turned around by police.

So..I rang my boss who was at home and said sorry..I tried..ain't happening..heading home now.

Incredibly weird weather in Canberra at the moment. The minimum last night was almost 10C! Yet raining, wild and wooly weather out there. Trees swaying wildly in the wind. Yet it is still only 12C.
