Fair enough. With the power of hindsight do you feel like it was a good thing you didn't go through with it? Of course, its none of my business and respect if you don't want to answer that.
Yeah do regret it due to her being IMO very low risk for high reward, the offer my brothers had on the other hand I wouldn't touch with even Nickmans sperm, much too high a risk.

Chick at work has just left on maternity leave (not mine) so has been in the back of my mind since she told me she was pregnant.

Ok, how about finding out off a mate that my brother is considering doin something but 100 times riskier and I'm the one that's gotta try and warn him off

While I considered mine to be low risk due to her being a wealthy well respected lady in her community who had already raised one quality kid as a solo mum without help and me not having much money to bleed anyway, he's seriously considering it with a pair of bogan, welfare dependent ex drug addict lesbians, one of whom already has two juvenile delinquent kids and has had the hots for him for years, while financially he's currently a lil bit better off than me he is looking at a multi million dollar workers comp lawsuit.
What on earth is he getting out of this?

Do they have blackmail material on him?

Flesh colour? Does this mean you need to stay away from lovely desert panoramas? Or from a photo of a beach with scrolling sand dunes which just scream the colour of a 25-35 year old Caucasian male?

Just spoke to him then about it, he hadnt decided yet or fully looked into it for him it was all about doing a friend a favor and he felt it an honor to be asked (they're compiling a list of potentials), unlike me he didn't want a kid. If theres no guarantee of a contract protecting him no way in hell he'll do it, unlike me who knew the contract wasnt a guarantee but was willing to take the risk due to her situation.

This is a legit question, so here goes.
My sister is in debt up to her proverbial, she's asked for help from the family.
She has said she is paying off the family home, she has moved out of and left the ex partner and kids.
Her name is on the loan along with the ex's father, but her name is not on the deed to the house.
I feel she's been scammed.
question is she entitled to claim back the money she's paid towards the house?
Does she have any claim to the house or how does she get out of the loan?
I would like some feed back before I have to fork out for more dollars?

I do believe if has substantially contributed for a period then she is entitled to some form of remuneration for it. Of course, I am zero percent a lawyer and can't offer you anything concrete. Honestly, sometimes it pays to pay and by that I mean I would immediately see a local solicitor. Unless one of the resident lawyers is kind enough to give some goodwill.

No idea on answering your question but as bell said if dont get a good answer seek a professionals guidance, there are a few free sites/forums also that could perhaps answer it (if moneys tight or just want a base idea to start with) here's a link to one.

Is this in the context of a divorce? If that's the case, the courts won't worry too much about who's name is on what document.

Hey, sorry Manbush for bumping your thread of shame, but didn't want to start a new tread.
The gathering was tonight, the issues are a lot clearer now, a tonne of weight lifted of her shoulders.
The house is in the ex's name not both names, but her name is also on the loan.
They had a "gentleman's agreement or hand shake agreement" to make the split 50/50 should the time come to do so.
The answer was a no brainer really, suggesting she see the bank and a solicitor to wind things up before it gets a lot messier.
Thanks guys for your thoughts, It's good to have a sounding board. I knew she had to see a solicitor.

If she has money troubles this sounds like a better solution in the first instance than engaging a solicitor.
