This is the Dr Phil answer:

OK... Find the moment to tell them how you feel. Try to avoid being idiots like they guys in the OC. This means not bumping your head on the door as you walk through it or tripping up the stairs. They love guys who care and share feelings. If it doesn't work, then you'll know.

Of course, if you did end up being stupid idiots like the guys on the OC, that would be entertaining for all your friends......

right o then give me another double vodka and coke

**notices Khe Sahn comes on and starts singing it terribly**

"I left my heart to the sappers round khe sahn
And i sold my soul with my cigarettes to the black market man
I've had the vietnam cold turkey
from the ocean to the silver city
And it's only other vets can understand
About the long forgotten dock side guarantee
How there were no v-day heros in 1973
And how we sailed into sydney harbour i saw an old friend but i couldn't kiss her"

**sits down and notices the next song is We will rock you"

EVERYBODY!
Buddy you're a boy make a big noise
Playin' in the street gonna be a big man some day
You got mud on yo' face
You big disgrace
Kickin' your can all over the place
Singin'

WE WILL, WE WILL, ROCK YOU!

Millwall... this is the standard advice on your first question. You really need to be more original:

On your second question: ask your doctor.

Millsy .. OK now for your problems

Take greeneyed's advice with your 1st prob ... not much more I can add.

With regard to your second problem I'll be the first to admit (afterall who else would) that I suffered from that very same problem. That is untill I took up yoga ... a couple a lessons and I'm sure your teacher will suggest posture and breathing exercises that will assist in avoiding all that numbness that I'm sure a lot of other men also suffer from but are just too embarrassed to admit.

OK next question

I play cricket with my mates a lot but i always come out with a sore back, mostly from bowling and then i do it no favours with bending over to bat

is there a reason for this? maybe my bowling technique or something :?

I think it must be something with your action. I played 1st XI, repped my city etc in cricket as a batting all rounder and never had back pain from bowling. Occasionally from rugby I got a bad back. Not as if you're a tall man either, very curious.

I think you ought to see your doctor on this... and don't let him just say... don't bowl... you might need referral to a specialist.

Schooner of Carlton thanks...

Ok I need help here. As you all know, I'm heading to England in a few weeks, and have recently broken up with my girlfriend of 18 months because of my trip. A few days after we broke up she made out with one of my best mates. I was really really hurt, and there were big arguments, lots of fighting and it took me a while to get over it, and now I get jealous when she spends time with any other guy even though we have broken up.

Her family has gone away, and I stayed at her house last night (if you know what I mean) but she always says "we're only friends, we're only friends."

What can I do about this whole situation? Should I stop seeing her? Or make the most of our time together before I go?
"Look sorry if that came across wrong, I was just referring to the jokes we were making about all the desperate guys who chase you. Hope to catch up some time, but if not best of luck with everything."

Hey I have a problem, I have been with this league team for about 16 years, the problem is last season it cheated on me time and time again, I warned it many a time that you can only push me so far.

Every week I would tell myself that it had sorted itself out only to find that come the weekend it was up to its same old tricks. I love it too much to ever leave. But it is breaking my heart. What shall I do?

Oh, and I'll have a bourbon and coke thanks.

Ha, reverse problem to taprods's ... refer the advice I gave him, ie plenty of fish in the sea, etc.
I suggest that you also meet up with taprod, have a few drinks and exchange your girlfriends phone numbers. Ha, two problems solved with one throw of the ol stone. At the very least you and taprod might get to like each other.

I was hoping Stu would pose with a clock like the other guy did, made me want to go to Uni for a bit.

You look to happy Stu, I suggest you ring up your agent and request a re-shoot... youll get further in the business if you are always looking to improve. 8)

do you get sore shoulders/sides as well? i used to have the same problem. now though, i don't play cricket anymore, so it's sweet. however, i recently found that there are cricket websites which have "exercises for fast bowlers". i wish i knekw about these when i was playing, anyway, i'll try to get some links.
