Not clear to me why teams (ours included) are regularly failing to submit team lists on time...

I think it might have to do with having a few players under injury clouds, and having difficulty being cleared by a doctor.

The NSWRL should be seeking to improve it next year, because it's a basic aspect of running a team sport. The CDRL needs to improve this for the Canberra Raiders Cup as well.
