Not sure how the 16 Payne Haas qualifies for NSW. He is a current 18's QLD schoolboy and plays for the Titans. The kid can play though, nice tough front rower.

Canberra Raiders Nick Cotric living a boyhood Origin dream
When the roll is called at Erindale College over the next seven days, Nick Cotric won't be there to answer his name. Instead of worrying about his final exams, the Canberra product will have a very different thought running through his head.
"I can't wait to take on Queensland," Cotric said.
"It should be a good experience. I just can't wait to put the blue jersey on [and] represent the blue jersey. I've always wanted to put it on."

Re: 2016 Canberra Raiders junior representatives
Cotric is very very strong. Didn't have much to do, but defended strongly. Well done to the NSW U18's on their comprehensive victory. Hopefully the QRL will end this QAS/Broncos dominated selection process.

How did the Emre Guler go? I read we have signed him apparently.ALX22 wrote:Cotric is very very strong. Didn't have much to do, but defended strongly. Well done to the NSW U18's on their comprehensive victory. Hopefully the QRL will end this QAS/Broncos dominated selection process.
Hopefully Cotric hangs around for a while, it's tough to get excited about these junior performances these days.
