MATCH REPORTS: Round 6 junior representatives

The Canberra Raiders have continued their unbeaten run in the SG Ball competition with a four point win over the Cronulla Sharks at home.

The 28-24 victory not only consolidates the Green Machine’s place in the top four after six rounds, but sees them ascend to second place on the ladder, just one point behind the ladder leading Balmain Tigers.

Canberra began the match well and went into the sheds with a 16-4 lead at half-time after three well-worked tries.

Canberra Raiders SG Ball have good win over Bulldogs

The Canberra Raiders have retained their standing at second spot on the SG Ball Cup ladder with a dominating 22-point victory against the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs at Belmore Sports Ground.

The first half was a closely fought encounter with the Raiders going into the sheds with an 18-12 lead.

However, the second half was a different story altogether as the Raiders blew the Bulldogs off the park and ran away with victory.
