Truth is there's not one guy in that team who people have called for inclusion in the NRL side.
That's not true.
Apologies, I've missed it then. Could you please identify the player and those making the call?

Did the Titans just get a new set of six because the ref got the call wrong? Called a Raiders scrum for a Titans knock-on, Titans challenged and overturned so they got a fresh set of six from a scrum...

72nd min TRY TITANS Another soft try to the Titans, Lawton just pushes through from dummy half, despite the presence of four Raiders. Fletcher converts. It's got to the very embarrassing stage.

Yes. If that's a correct ruling then they should change that law.

If you're going to make accusations then the onus is on you to back them up with facts, if you can't and just keep going on you just look stupid - that's all i'll say.

75th min TRY TITANS to Hughes. He just runs 10 metres to score and not a single Raiders player wanted to tackle him, another soft try. Fletcher converts.

Haven't seen many performances worse than this, ref's aren't far behind.

80th min TRY TITANS to Kane Elgey. They go 100 metres to score after the Titans took the kick on their own line and raced away. Converted.

Titans 60-22

Have a look in the Reece Robinson thread at comments by Gorski O'Pork then.

viewtopic.php?f=2&t=28186&start=35

There you go. One player from this Holden Cup team that has been suggested should be in FG by one commenter on this forum.

I have done as requested.

I just provided you with the thread and the author of the comment asking for Lachlan Lewis to be promoted to FG.

Now please, withdraw your assertion that not a single person from this forum asked for a single player from this Holden Cup team to be promoted to FG.

Haha, congrats, for someone who doesnt care for our demands you sure searched hard for that one
One guy, whom was laughed at by everyone who took notice, and that justifies your implication that the collective GH feeling is that players in this U20's sqaud should be promoted to FG?

Hawkins, Cornish, Ahearn, Cronin, Baptiste, Mago, Pangai and Lee are the players that the GH have wanted to see get a run, and not only are none of them in this team, most of them aren't even eligible to be in an U20's squad.

Bileduct and Pigman, please end this debate. Back on topic please.
The spiral of silence refers to the idea that when people fail to speak, the price of speaking rises. As the price to speak rises, still fewer speak out, which further causes the price to rise, so that fewer people yet will speak out, until a whole culture or nation is silenced. This is what happened in Germany.

If you do not speak, you are not being neutral, but are contributing to the success of the thing you refuse to name and condemn.

MATCH REPORT: NYC Canberra Raiders smashed by Titans

The Canberra Raiders NYC team have been blown away by the Gold Coast Titans 60-22, despite at one stage leading three tries to nil after just 14 minutes.

It was a frustrating game for the Raiders who at one stage looked like they were going to score a comprehensive win, only to be thrashed by their opposition. The Raiders have struggled on the road this season, and this was another game where they were completely played off the park by their opposing team.

Seven consecutive tries after the Raiders first three tries gave the Titans a lead, and they snuffed out any challenge the Raiders looked to put up in the second half controlling possession, and scoring points almost at will.

Gold Coast Titans 60
Tries: Hawkes 2, Hazard 2, Kelly 2, Lawton 2, Clarke, Hughes, Elgey; Fletcher 3, Elgey 5 Goals

Canberra Raiders 22
Tries: Cronan, Doyle, Kent, Solomon; Doyle 3 Goals
