Nothing on my life thus far leads me to believe I'm lucky enough to have this happen to the Broncos.

Won't be the Broncos.

Do you guys honestly think Wayne Bennett will give the NRL approval to dock points from his side?

I highly doubt it.

i don't think it's souths, their team really is not that good. i'm thinking manly because snake was on the outter for ages and then ended up staying, they have plenty of big money players

Could be Souths.

They magically came up with $$ when Burgess became available. No one has that kind of cash sitting idle.

They just lost him the year before and also lost Luke and McQueen for 2016 to free up space. They didn't sign anyone else significant. Far from the most suspicious club..

Manly isn't one of the biggest clubs in the NRL though.

It's got to be Manly; there was a lot of talk about Matai leaving late last year and during the offseason??? Then when he was as good as gone from all the rumours he re-signed. They did splash a lot of cash last year and over the offseason

Biggest clubs would probably have to be one of Broncos, Roosters, Rabbitohs or Bulldogs though.

Don't discount the drama factor. Manly have a pretty high profile and have been a factor in the finals more often than not in recent years.

Souths lost Luke, Walker, McQueen, Grant and Reddy. I don't think it's them.

My guess is Jack Bird / Sharks

Wouldn't surprise me but they don't fit the big club title if that is to be believed.

True. Though terms like "big club" get used loosely whenever there is breaking news/rumours. It helps fuel the interest

Wayne is still negotiating with the NRL if it's to be released or not.

I didn't think Manbush's cat was one to listen to Wayne. Can't he/she/it just share the info with all of us?
