Lime green Bulldogs can help Canberra Raiders' cause

Canberra Raiders' loan duo Ryan James and Corey Horsburgh could play a vital role in the Green Machine's finals charge - helping the Dogs beat the Warriors and Knights. They have been able to stay in their original hotel rooms and join their new teammates from breakfast through the rest of the day before rejoining the Raiders for dinner and the rest of the night.

"They've really added something to the squad actually, especially with Ryan's experience. We've got such a young team and he's come in and really contributed a lot to the team," Dogs forward Joe Stimson said.

Meanwhile in Canberra...

Ricky: We've got to get into the grind.
Croker: We've really gotten back to that grinding style of footy that brings the best out of us
Hodgson: We've got to focus on ourselves and really grind for wins

Everytime we play with 2nd phase we win, or go close.

Why can't they see this

And now Ryan James put on report, late tackle on the kicker. If he's suspended, he should be suspended from future Bulldogs games!

Adam Elliot is one of the most selfish back rowers I’ve ever seen. Goes for his own glory plays so often.

Also don’t think Ryan James will have anything to worry about. Looked like penalty sufficient to me. He wrapped his arms around the kicker who got caught in an awkward position.

Nice offload Horsburgh. But boy, this Bulldogs team is poor.

And Horsburgh can only claim a start from the bench. If he doesn't have a big offseason his NRL days will be numbered.

At about a 6 out 10.
Played 60 min. Compared to the 15 min he gets at Raiders. Think he's been under utilised here.

Warriors win 24-10.

Ryan James. 15 runs for 135 metres, 50 post contact metres, 37 tackles, 95 per cent tackle efficiency, two penalties, on report once.

Corey Horsburgh. 11 runs for 104 metres, 51 post contact metres, three offloads, 17 tackles, 95 per cent tackle efficiency, no errors, no penalties.

Probably two of their top three forwards, with Josh Jackson.

The Bulldogs really are a very poor team.

Good stats. Horse looks skinny and fit. It's very much an opportunity to offload a couple of excess middles. Unless Tapine is leaving, then keep Horse. Move Hudson to the middle rotation and look for an edge forward

I only just heard about Andrew Fifita. That’s horrific and I wish him and his family the best.
