76th min PENALTY MAROONS... interference in the ruck. Cody Walker is down and out, unconscious. He is flat on his face. Head clash it appears with one of his own players. Medi cab goes out. This is a big break. Who knows what impact it will have? It should have been a penalty but it is first tackle for the Maroons.

77th min No penalty try, but there might be a Queensland sin binning here. Allan takes him out after a kick, and he'll be binned no doubt.

SIN BIN MAROONS for Corey Allan.

MATCH REPORT: Munster smash: Cameron inspires upset win over Blues to clinch series

Queensland have won the State of Origin series after a Cameron Munster masterclass inspired a 20-14 win over NSW in front of a bumper Lang Park crowd on Wednesday night.

Munster revived memories of former champion Queensland five-eighths Wally Lewis, Darren Lockyer and Johnathan Thurston by engineering the upset win with an inspired performance.

Of course he would have. Munster reached the ball first and he was behind JAC. If it happens in the first half it's probably awarded a penalty try.

It's unreal how many origin series are not a whitewash and how many close games there are. That has to be some sort of statistical anomaly that also happens to benefit commercialism

Imagine losing to the worst Queensland team in 40 years?! Or was it the worst Queensland team ever? It must be even worse than losing to the worst Presidential candidate in history! New South Wales even rigged the commentary box 2-1, as usual, but it didn't work! The people have spoken! Have New South Wales conceded yet? Or is Phil Gould still in denial... saying but Josh Addo-Carr is the fastest man on the planet! All is good and right again in rugby league.

Jack Wighton under-utilised on the edge.

I know he is the darling of the Sydney media and all that but if you want a half running at the line to bust the game open it isn't Cleary. It is Jack.

JT is right, you can't underestimate the power of the Maroons' jersey. The Queensland spirit. New South Wales simply doesn't understand what Origin is about. They just don't have the spirit in New South Wales. The Queensland spirit won it. If Holmes hadn't bombed three tries... How good was Papa, how good was Munster, how good was Harry Grant? Fantastic. The so called worst ever Queensland team defeats the Blues... :thumbsup :thumbsup :thumbsup :woot: :woot: :woot:
