Welp, atleast we’re in the position that we make finals regardless. Imagine if this was the reason we missed out completely.

Hard to think of another team finishing 3rd on the ladder being as crap as the Eels.

So hard to hang on in close games, Tigers not classy enough to get it done
Panthers and Roosters side of the draw.

Literally every single time I have to get behind some other loser team for a Raiders-favourable result they stitch me up. Sick of it

None of the results went our way this week....will have a tough week 2 coming up, provided we beat Sharks Week 1.

Re: 2020 NRL Round 20: Teams and Game Day
This year only 5 teams have a chance to make the grand final, eels, sharks and knights are making up the numbers.
If history repeats then the roosters conceding more then 59 points rules them out, which im not. I can aee the bunnies dispatching the knights the first week and the eels the second week, which will putvthem against either the panthers or the roosters again, and honestly after this weekend they would have a good chance.
The panthers and roosters game will be a goos one to watch with my fingers crossed that keary, roger ramjet, tedesco and the panthers 6 go down with injuries. I dont see the rooster playing as bad as they did against the bunnies again, and panthers played shocking the first 30 mins against the dogs.
Week two against either of them will hard no matter who it is, and the winner of that game will sure be making bellamy do overtime to prep the storm.
My prediction for the final 4 would be storm, rabbits, roosters and us. But the panthers wont go down easy, their cockiness and easy run i think hasnt given them a good preparation for the finals. Resting our players this week will work great for us.

Re: 2020 NRL Round 20: Teams and Game Day
Going by NRL history only Panthers, storm and eels are in it.
Only top 4 sides win in NRL
Rooster out for conceding 50+
Notable mention pretty much every grand final includes at least one of roosters, storms, broncos

Seems like Storm vs Panthers is a lock.

Wouldn’t be so sure. Whoever wins out of Panthers and Roosters will have the easiest run to the grand final. Storm will more than likely play the loser of panthers/roosters or the raiders.zim wrote:Seems like Storm vs Panthers is a lock.
In my opinion that’s a much harder prelim, although they’ll have the cruisiest run into the Prelims facing the dreadful eels

Man I would have loved for the Raiders to have played them up there this year and been able to go up to watch us give it to them.
