They confirmed he got the shot? I thought he was just "medically cleared" whatever that means.

Seeing they’ve let in a host of players from other codes without a requirement for a flu shot being part of their protocols, it’d be tough to insist now.

Not necessarily,
“It is unclear whether Fonua-Blake has had a flu shot after the club backed his personal choice to refuse the vaccination.”

That's all very nice..but that story is over 24hrs old.

While watching FSN hoeing down my froot loops, my friendly FS person said he'd had a flu shot.
I heard it with my own eyes..

Are they lying ?
I don't know.

This game has to be one of the most one-sided refereeing performances I’ve seen in awhile

Absolutely everything is going the eels way

It's been incredible. Eels getting every possible call.

One thing that is apparent. Mbye is a far better fullback than Douiehi. That's not saying Mbye is a great fullback either.

At least twice Parra players simply clutched at the back of the neck after being tackled, instant penalty.

Seems to be less 6again calls lately. In all games.

He's gained a reputation as a high class prospect but I'm yet to see anything to suggest it at NRL level.

He was very good in the prelim last year against us. But to my eyes he just looks like one of those really good reserve grade talents that’s not quite a first grader and not quite a specialist in any position.

I hope he comes good. The NRL is a more interesting and entertaining beast with a good Tigers team imo. They’re a small club (compared to most) with horrendous facilities Who play entertaining footy.

Parra are a genuine threat this year, they have huge improvement left in them on their performances of the last 2 weeks.

Dylan Brown and Read Mahoney overplay their hands enormously. If they let Moses and Gutherson control 80% of their attacking raids, they would be very, very hard to stop.

Also, the sight of Michael Chee-Kam convulsing during an onfield seizure, was the worst thing I’ve ever seen on a football field. Glad he’s okay and wishing him a speedy recovery.

The draw has certainly helped them. I think Rabs said last night that they have one game outside Sydney in the last 10 rounds and that is in Gosford. It's almost adversity level Broncos.

“That one play, sums up the Broncos 2020”

That’s criminally underrating the effort from Herbie.

Broncos as a whole have been **** trash, not close and not unlucky.

I guess people were hoping for some enormous scoreline tonight. I think that I prefer seeing Brisbane come out with renewed enthusiasm and commitment in defence, only to lose by 20-30. That's far more soul destroying.

I really enjoy both options. Also the narrow loss at the death. Good to mix it up a bit I think.
