James Tedesco is out of tonight's clash between the Roosters and Broncos at Lang Park, after he woke this morning with a temperature.

The Broncos now head out onto the field, a very young team. The Roosters already out there, waiting.

Broncos kick off, we are underway!

5th min TRY ROOSTERS to Josh Morris. It is the result of a repeat set, and the Roosters had a two man overlap. Morris picks up the pass to his feet, then wrong footed the cover defence by stepping back inside. That was a little too easy, early. The bunker correctly confirms there was no obstruction in the lead up. Flanagan fails to convert.

10th min TRY ROOSTERS to Joseph Manu, this time they have a two man overlap on their right. The Roosters received a six again call on the fifth tackle... and the Broncos simply couldn't defend their goal line. It's a huge advantage to get the six again so late in the count. Flanagan converts from out wide.

The Broncos have had 25 per cent possession in the first 15 minutes. The Roosters have now made their first error, conceding a seven tackle set, with a bomb defused by the Broncos in the in goal.

19th min TRY ROOSTERS to Victor Radley. Radley lucky to be on the field at all of course. The Broncos have turned over the ball twice in the last five minutes, and just can't get any territory. Flanagan converts from in front.

26th min TRY ROOSTERS to Angus Crichton. The Broncos have made five errors to one, penalties one apiece. The Roosters' completion rate is almost 95 per cent. The Broncos' defensive line looked like the proverbial dog's hind leg. Milford ran out of position on the goal line. Flanagan converts.

A million bucks doesn't buy you a whole lot of leadership from Milford, does it.

Son, we live in a world that has forums, and those forums have to be guarded by Mods. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Nickman? I have a greater responsibility than you can possibly fathom. You weep for Lucy, and you curse GE. You have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what I know -- that GE’s moderation, while tragic, probably saved lives; and my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, keeps threads on track and under the appropriately sized, highlighted green headings.
You want moderation because deep down in places you don't talk about at parties, you want me on that forum -- you need me on that forum. We use words like "stay on topic," "use the appropriate forum," "please delete." We use these words as the backbone of a life spent defending something. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very moderation that I provide and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather that you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise, I suggest you get a green handle and edit a post. Either way, I don't give a DAMN what you think about moderation.

31st min TRY ROOSTERS to Kyle Flanagan under the posts. They go to the other end in one set, break right up the middle. Friend set it in motion. If this keeps up, it could be the worst ever defeat for the Broncos. Flanagan converts.

Roosters 28-0
