Huge loss for QLD.

AJ Brimson is deserving of crack. Great ball runner, but he’s half the player Ponga is.

Have to say Brimson been in better form than Ponga recently. Can't help but think if Titans had him the full season they would have made the finals.

As a blues fan, I’d rather verse Brimson any day of the week.

No doubt Ponga is a much bigger threat. He's one of the most dangerous players in the game. A busted Ponga is a different story.

Manly have been garbage too, yet Jake T has been putting out rep quality performances all year. I'd have Jake, Murray, Crichton, Finucane, Yeo, Martin, Sironen, even Josh bloody Jackson well ahead of Frizzell this year. And that's just off the top of my head and I've probably forgotten at least another 3 that have played better.

And, regardless of injuries, is it just me that thinks, although a good player, Tom T is ridiculously over-hyped? I have this theory that whenever a player gets one of these nicknames, it's a case of over-hyping. See also, 'Jimmy the Jet'!

Couldn't agree more. Yeo has been great this season. But I mean realistically he's not in the same ball park as Murray, Trbojevic or (Radley). Tbf he is a rung below Finucane and Brown as well IMO.

Ironically I always thought Yeo was very underrated. Now it looks like the opposite. He's definitely being overrated if you consider him replacing Jurbo or Callum Murray in the Blues team.

Interesting to see if the Maroons end up with the Lee connection on one side. Crazy to think Brenko has now got a prem and could be an origin player all after starting the year without a proper contract.
