Why? It's a strike to the face.
Its automatic. There is no grey... he lashed out and struck a player in the head with his hand.
Hit the bricks.

I suppose it's a black and white sin binning but it did look accidental.

Yes, reptar, who's the Storm backup kicker? Might need them.
Goals kicked 2019
Croft 4
Munted 1
Chambers 1
Papen 1

I don’t know how many of those 1 kicks are novelty end of games one
They might need to find out if they need one in the next 10 minutes.
They should just opt to not take their conversions

I agree with all sin bins that have been given this weekend

The most marginal was the trip, but that was correct too

The rules are clear. You cant strike a player to the face. He's got no one to blame but himself. Walker sat for the same offence not 24 hours ago.
Its really not a high bar to clear to say "dont hit ***** in the face"

Im not arguing that it’s not the rule... it’s a stupid rule. A black and white interpretation to something doesn’t need it. Let’s use some common sense... did that really warrant the storm being disadvantaged for 10 mins? In a close game that’s a huge advantage. This game is turning more and more into rugby union, too many penalties and sin bins.

You also have to consider he lashes out three times in the sequence. Twice he contacts the head. He also leans on the guys head while they’re on the ground.

Spot on.
Its really not hard. If the dude is holding on to you, let him, trash around and get the penalty. Once you hit in him the face, it's over. And rightly so.

The spiral of silence refers to the idea that when people fail to speak, the price of speaking rises. As the price to speak rises, still fewer speak out, which further causes the price to rise, so that fewer people yet will speak out, until a whole culture or nation is silenced. This is what happened in Germany.

If you do not speak, you are not being neutral, but are contributing to the success of the thing you refuse to name and condemn.
