Here come the teams, they're walking out side by side. Nice crowd is in. England coach Wayne Bennett has explained he is resting the England players who played in the Grand Final last week. Now for the anthems.

2nd min TRY ENGLAND to Tom Burgess, set up by a Josh Hodgson pass from dummy half. Converted by Jake Connor from in front. A worrying start for France, England out of the blocks fast.

62nd min TRY FRANCE to Theo Fages, just a great individual run from the five eighth. The England defence has understandably switched off a little. Converted by half William Barthau from close to the posts.

65th min Looks like France had scored through Tony Gigot, and strangely the referee has ruled a line drop out. It's either a try or a knock on by France. And the replay shows it was a try.

"We're pretty well covered in those positions, but he's someone I've noticed in the last 12 or 18 months and I've been waiting to give him an opportunity," Bennett said of Johnstone in his post-match press conference.
