I'm still bitter over him taking out Mal.

Its a Pangai love fest.
Tell us more about him please
Tell us more about him please
The spiral of silence refers to the idea that when people fail to speak, the price of speaking rises. As the price to speak rises, still fewer speak out, which further causes the price to rise, so that fewer people yet will speak out, until a whole culture or nation is silenced. This is what happened in Germany.
If you do not speak, you are not being neutral, but are contributing to the success of the thing you refuse to name and condemn.

That collision with the post decided the game. He was scoring for all money.

Re: 2018 NRL Round 2: Teams and Game Day
Man Pangai has improved this year. Last year he could barely do a 20min stint and was being run over / around and through on the goal line. Only took him 3 years to realise defence is part of the game.

Re: 2018 NRL Round 2: Teams and Game Day
So a horrible refereeing error proves the difference and gives the Broncos two competition points.
Re: 2018 NRL Round 2: Teams and Game Day
Absolutely he was.
Re: 2018 NRL Round 2: Teams and Game Day
C'mon GE you see this sort of thing go in their favour every year.
I hate to sound defeatist but watching some of the tries scored (TPJ and the first for the Roosters tonight) I don't know they would have been awarded to us. Whenever we score a 50/50 try the bunker will look at it 30 times until there is a shred of doubt and disallow it but for some other sides they look at it once or twice and award it. I thought the Bunnies were hard done by last week as well.
Shoving it in your face since 2017

Hate to say it but Broncos probably deserved that win. They are still scum though

Re: 2018 NRL Round 2: Teams and Game Day
They were clearly offside for those key moments during the match where they were really on top. McCullough was in the first receivers face as his catching the ball on several occasions and Granville is pretty sharp at dummy half. Whenever the commentators start talking about the Broncos 'amazing line speed' you know they're offside.Northern Raider wrote: ↑March 17, 2018, 8:11 am Hate to say it but Broncos probably deserved that win. Whenever I watch a game, momentum switches
Cows lost.
Sharks lost
Now as soon as I watch, Panthers score.
All. My. Fault

Re: 2018 NRL Round 2: Teams and Game Day
Got to say I’m liking the use of the bin by the refs. Just don’t do it for the first 2 weeks. All season for teams with deliberate or repeated penalties please.

Gee I wish they reffed like this last week when the Titans weren’t penalised for anything. Storm are getting every single possible penalty the refs could find.

Storm milking and being gifted penalties all night and still couldn’t win!

Imagine what a coach like Cleary could do with our roster? Or Bellamy?

We look more like a bottom 4 side every game I watch.
Just imagine if we had some of the grit of that Tigers team.

Re: 2018 NRL Round 2: Teams and Game Day
I'm going to miss smashing the tigers by 40 points. And with Benji there now as well we're going to be on the other end of that now.
We'll always have the good times

Re: 2018 NRL Round 2: Teams and Game Day
An 18-8 penalty count and the Storm still couldn’t win. Just thought that was worth highlighting ...
Re: 2018 NRL Round 2: Teams and Game Day
Apparently the last time 18 penalties were conceded, the Eels beat the Sharks 74-4 in 2003

Manly and Parra currently playing in 38c heat. Both teams with a 6 day backup next week. They will be shot.
