How didnt TPJ get sent off for spear tackle?

The spiral of silence refers to the idea that when people fail to speak, the price of speaking rises. There's something funny about seeing Jason Taylor in the roosters coaching box... He just looks out of place in a rugby league environment. He seems more like a struggling insurance salesman
