Cronulla 24 - Parra 18 ...
Reports are that Cronulla were under strength (No Kimmorley, Bailey, Stevens and others). and Parra had their full strength team.

Storm 58 - Central Qld 18

Tigers 78 - Italian Invitation 4 ... Benji Marshall walked off with a shoulder complaint (gulp) ... it is the other shoulder ... dislocated but pooped back in .. should be OK for the season opener.

Good win for the Sharks against a full strength Parra. IMO its gonna be another lame season for them, even with the new purchases.

As for Benji.... he's clearly not strong enough physically yet to compete with the big boys.

thickos, they were playing the italian nacy boys, led by Boogs. Forget the big boys, he aint strong enough to compete with anyone it seems!

i definatley think cronulla are being underated... the main thing they need is their forwards other than stevens to step up caus atm he's doing it on his own.

their backline is ace.

although i wouldnt right off parra just yet... your talking their first trial with a whole lot of new players.

im going to the raiders bulldogs trial in gosford and i think we may get beaten comfortably too... which really doesnt worry me that much... i mean the bulldos had their slow start in the wcc first half and came home strong

we have a whole new team almost.... and still need to gel
