Melbourne Storm coach Craig Bellamy looks for new halves without Origin stars

Melbourne Storm coach Craig Bellamy plans to keep his side's game plan as simple as possible this week with chief playmakers Cameron Smith and Cooper Cronk away with Queensland's State of Origin side.

Regular five-eighth Blake Green has been named as starting halfback despite missing last week with a calf injury and being rated as a 50-50 chance to face the Dragons early this week. Utility Tohu Harris has been named at five-eighth, while forward Kenny Bromwich has been named to start at hooker in place of Smith.
