I've read it is a little column A and a little column B i.e. simultaneous Carney and Monas in one career ending move.

Sydney Roosters star Mitchell Pearce caught in lewd video
NSW Origin star Mitchell Pearce’s career is in tatters after he was filmed simulating a lewd act with a dog at an Australia Day house party in Sydney.
The clip, set to be released at 7:30pm here at The Daily Telegraph, was filmed by a fellow partygoer.
The video also shows a drunk Pearce trying to kiss a woman and also urinating on himself.

Re: Mitchell Pearce scandal
Only in Rugby League.... twice.
It will be interesting to see how he is dealt with. It sounds like he was worse than Monnas who basically had his papers stamped. He is also a repeat offender. I expect we will see some serious sob stories over the next few weeks and a trip to rehab.
So much for the Roosers superior culture. Show me a club with a worse record, ours included.

Haven't seen the video yet but heard it's worse than Monas, Carney and Myles combined.

Jeez, as a young bloke I could be a complete idiot on the drink but never in my worst moments did I think any of that would be a good idea. People on twitter making excuses for him need to have a good think about what they are inferring about themselves.
Re: Mitchell Pearce scandal
Not sure if you saw the Monas photo but it was worse than Mitchell's act with the dog, at least he kept it in his pants and was a true simulation.CRR wrote:and it will be another slap in the face for Joel Monaghan who was outed very badly.cat wrote:They will say he was depressed, Sun effected and has an alcohol problem

Was hoping the dog's owner whacked him over the head, to be honest - she was quite calm and resilient.

Agreed, from a current young bloke I can't say I'd ever let myself to get in that state to think that's a good ideaCranky Old Man wrote:Jeez, as a young bloke I could be a complete idiot on the drink but never in my worst moments did I think any of that would be a good idea. Good grief, and that was just 2 minutes of Pearce's night that was filmed. Obviously more happened beforehand for old mate to start filming

Re: Mitchell Pearce scandal
That bitch!
Son, we live in a world that has forums, and those forums have to be guarded by Mods. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Nickman? I have a greater responsibility than you can possibly fathom. You weep for Lucy, and you curse GE. You have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what I know -- that GE’s moderation, while tragic, probably saved lives; and my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, keeps threads on track and under the appropriately sized, highlighted green headings.
You want moderation because deep down in places you don't talk about at parties, you want me on that forum -- you need me on that forum. We use words like "stay on topic," "use the appropriate forum," "please delete." We use these words as the backbone of a life spent defending something. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very moderation that I provide and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather that you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise, I suggest you get a green handle and edit a post. Either way, I don't give a DAMN what you think about moderation.
