Salary Cap Update
The Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs can confirm that they have identified a minor breach of the 2016 Salary Cap and have self-reported this to the NRL.
“The Bulldogs hold the salary cap in the highest of regards and once we identified a potential breach position that we could not rectify for the 2016 season, we reported this to the NRL,” Chief Executive Raelene Castle stated.
"The cap position will not be finalised until the NRL have completed their Salary Cap audit process across all 16 NRL Clubs”, Castle said.

Canterbury Bulldogs halves get headstart on 2017
Canterbury halves Moses Mbye and Josh Reynolds have gone to work early on enhancing their skills for 2017.
"At this time of year it's just working hard and trying to get the miles in the legs and get the conditioning right," Josh Jackson said. "We're doing a bit of ballwork and a bit of skills stuff as well so that's definitely changed up a little bit as well. 'Moey' (Mbye) and 'Grubby' (Reynolds) are really working hard there to make sure that all the plays are going the right way.
