2024 Round 6 v Titans: Teams and Previews *Teams p1*
So if Fog decides he wants to play until 34, 35, 36… what happens in those years if we’ve told him he’s a “Raider for Life”? This isn’t bush footy. Emotions shouldn’t have any place in the decision-making process. Umm you’re making a mountain out of a molehill. Raider for life as both a player and ...

Trey has a medium term opportunity to take over from Papa. That’s a great long term place to be in for a young developing Prop with your career in front of you.
Imagine having Taps as your front row partner. What an awesome pairing they could become.

How do Storm for so many years get to step so far sideways off the mark and put their marker out of play.
Talk about something that should have been on the Refs tip sheet for over a decade.

Who’s the ref in the Storm Bulldogs game? He’s had the defensive line back 15 meters sometimes, then 11 meters the next.

Cotric I presume would be a low tier offer.
I personally think Cotric needs to reinvent himself as a second rower. He’s just too slow for a modern day winger and seems unable to get himself into space.

Sharks issued with $5000 fine for trainer’s breach
For the record. According to NRL it wasn’t a formal Raiders complaint about the incident but was immediately flagged by a grounds official and put in the match report.

Some rule changes such as the corner post they got absolutely right.
Some other interpretation changes maybe not so good.
That stupid cloud in the sky looks like Ben Cummins waving 6 again.

It would be interesting to know the scenario for these missed tackles as I can’t remember any clear try causes. We better lock him up before Roosters go after him. Surely a young half wants to avoid Roosters after the way they’ve treated some of their past halves. Can someone help answer a question, as I genuinely can’t think of one.
When has paying big money for a completely untested young half from another NRL club worked?
Usually thee guys come on lower money, with a clear pathway to first grade and a ratchet contract.

So no arguments that the Dylan Brown thing is madness, but in terms of Raiders ratings, the ABC call team had Morgan Smithies the best raider on the ground by quite a distance. Erm, I don’t think Leipana were given much (if any) coaching license, they just took it! Ricky has a pretty good track record tightening up a loose player with attacking flair, but not a good record in expanding the attack of a limited player. I think Leluia probably said as much recently, and both...

Yeah Levi was better than a 6. Started a number of our breaks by squaring up the defence out of dummy half, continues to back up our line breaks through the middle and took the right option many times, especially the dummy half scoot around an offside marker on the blind side. I’ve previously been o...

Keith Barnes has died aged 89. Fitting. That 89 number killed so many great Balmain players. In all honesty, a great player, great administrator and a sad loss for the rugby league community. Yep. One judge rated Dylan Brown above Timoko last night.
Probably also thinks Glenn McGrath was a better bat than Don Bradman.
Or the most likely scenario is Timoko’s name got buried at the bottom of the hat when he pulled the names out.

Yes good work mentioning Fogs in game kicking. Not for goal though.
They couldn’t start a set well because of the high long kicks that gave our chasers time to stop any return momentum from Gutho or Sivo.
That little chip, chase and second kick showed game awareness and skill too.
