Just did some quick research...of the 10 state of origin games anasta has played, we have won 4 = 40% wins of the 8 games where he has played 5/8, we have won 3 = 37% wins. not that great a stat for anasta or gould for that matter... This game was teams 15 and 16 on the ladder after round 3 and they are still both outside the 8. I suppose they weren't left with much choice when there are only 5 games on. Eels and Dragons having the bye meant they couldn't play their favourites.
