Re: NFL Thread

Kearse is someone im a little interested in as money ball safetey free agent for my Birds Think he can play and would suit the Fangio defence. Smart player, can play. Lot of good safeties on the market but i think the Eagles probably need like 3 of them given Brown's late season ACL. If Kearse is t...

EARLY MAIL: Predicted team of every Round 1 side Raiders: Jordan Rapana will start at fullback ahead of exciting rookie Chevy Stewart. Ethan Strange may have played himself into the five-eighth spot ahead of recruit Kaeo Weekes. Seb Kris will miss round one due to suspension, which is likely to see...

Big loss, the cowboys low key have a lot of key openings on the starting units. Big off season for them. It's a great OT class and they've been excellent scouting the OL so i think they'll believe in themselves to draft and develop there. Oh yeah, we have holes to fill. I think there will be big tu...

NZ right in this at 3-111 with Revindra n.o. 56 and Mitchell n.o. 12 at Stumps on Day 3. They still need 258 but have 2 days to get them. The performance of the GOAT crucial in the result. Lyon has 2 wickets and Head 1. None of the 'gun' Australian pace line up has a wicket. 41 overs have been bowl...

At Stumps NZ are 3/111 (Shepp's at the local still hopping).

Mitchell can barely buy a run, 12 from 65.
Ravindra looks a class act, 56 from 94.

Kiwis need 258.
Aussies need 7.

If Ethan Strange doesn't get the 6 jumper to start the season I think Ricky is making a mistake. He outplayed Weekes in both trials both with and without the ball. I don’t agree with the tactic of not taking runs to protect the no11. Just hit out, you may get another 20-30 runs. I'd rather the set batsmen swing at this point. But I'm happy for them to pick their ball and protect the tail. I'm not ok with block 4-5 take a single. At least try to hit boundaries...

Avg 1st innings in Wellington over the past decade is 280. It goes down to 250 if you remove last yrs 500. Low of 183 in 2016, and high of 507 in 2023. Most of them hover just under 250 though. 58% of the time, the team batting 2nd wins. So... per the above, 280 is likely not enough. HOWEVER, our at...
