Re: 2023 Rd 9 v Dolphins: Game Day

What exactly does Whitehead bring to the team these days? Nothing that was obvious to me, apart from (with Fogarty) leaving openings for 2 Dolphins tries.

Re: Jack Wighton to join South Sydney Rabbitohs in 2024

No one is saying Jack Wighton shouldn’t be permitted to depart the club and sign a contract for a lower amount by other clubs. It’s clear he doesn’t want to be a Raider. What most, if not all, are saying is that the NRL should not permit South Sydney to register a seriously undervalued contract for...

No chance Raiders will release Wighton. For one, we are a better chance of making the finals with him in the team, and two, we need time to find a suitable replacement. We are 3 wins 4 losses, why would we throw the season away just to punish Jack? I always think pick the best possible team every t...

From memory CNK was down on form and we were losing. He ended up in reserve grade, replaced by Savage. Later in the season we granted him a release to go home to see his kids. His farewell game was in reserves. I don’t believe our squad was compromised at all by CNKs release, as we weren’t playing ...

I'm amused by the ABC commentators (from Qld) talking about the Titans poor second halves, and talking up the Raiders and how good they are in the 2nd half. They obviously forget who the Faders are, and are basing that on a sample of one game, last week vs Warriors.
