Re: 2024 Trial 1 v Eels: Teams and Game Day *Teams p1*
I don't see how this is a selection trial for the forwards other than 1 or 2 bench spots. Below are all locked in plus a utility. Tapine Papalii Whitehead Hosking Horsburgh Young Mooney and Puru playing indigenous rep. Then you've got 2 bench spots with Ata, Guler, Saulo playing in this trial. Look...

Anyone got any inside info on Mitchell Spencer who is starting - admittedly I didn't get to watch a whole lot of Cup last year. First grade potential or just filler like Clay Webb was for many years? Also Prinston Esera, I'm guessing brother of the well touted Caleb Esera? What happened to him, he ...

I can only see about half this conversation, but someone should remind our boy Billy just how sweet last year’s grand final was. It’s honestly one of my favourite moments of rugby league history outside of the 2015 grand final. hoping for a post 2015 type effect Sent from my SM-S911B using Tapatalk

I take it from that that he’s feeling it’s been a slow career path, doesn’t seem exactly happy with that, hopefully keeps progressing at the Raiders, would like to stay in Canberra, but won’t rule out a shift to another club. It's 2024 or never for Mooney at this club. He banged the door down last ...

Re: 2024 Trial 1 v Eels: Teams and Game Day
Putting this out there now… yes as a fan it’s nice to win trials and play well but ultimately these games give no indication of the season ahead (think back to when Wests Tigers slaughters us in the first trial last year). In saying that, how good is it to have footy back and raiders 13+ tigers onl...

Interesting the players want Ricky to be more hands on at training. I’d imagine there’s a real mix of opinions in that group. We’ve all heard from the likes of Anasta and Finch who didn’t seem to appreciate Ricky’s direct focus and attention, but others like Gallen or more recently Hors and Fog see...

I thought Jack retired from rep footy...... I'm sitting on the fence now getting splinters, particularly of me wants Seb selected for the game now. That would A) prove a point to the NRL B) give him some game time before round 2 But then I don't want him picked and then injured..... jack backflippe...

Re: Adam Cook returns to Canberra Raiders on train and trial contract
Ive always wondered, do train and trial contracts get counted under the salary cap? I'm wondering whether weve already signed him with this just being a way to minimise his impact on our cap? I would expect if they stay on it would be added to their contract value, no teams are using it to warehous...
