Stay as long as you like Smithers! What a great attitude to the game. Can't wait to see him develop his ball playing skills at 13. He definitely has the ability. He could become one of the best locks in the NRL, no problem. I'd go one further and say he could be Prime Minister by the end of the yea...

Canberra Raiders' Morgan Smithies can't envisage returning to Wigan Warriors Morgan Smithies is loving life down under so much he’s already thinking about staying long-term. And Strange has 17 - don’t you dare talk ill of our top try scorer. Blasphemy. Strange has 13 and is playing the full 80 minutes on the left edge. DL is playing about 60 minutes per match. Schuster reportedly signed a $2.4 million 3 year contract extension in June which included a clause that he had to stay below a certain weight. He couldn't even do that for 9 months. I’m also mindful of when Strange gets bumped off in first contact he gets up and makes the tackle on a second effort. Yeah, he's outstanding in this area. i think it's pretty obvious at this point that the eels picked sanders in their top 30 this year as a last ditch effort to keep him and when it became obvious to them that he is gone they've chucked the toys out of the pram and are now refusing to pick him for first grade. That's my take too. Can't...

Sanders is a straight up replacement for Fogarty. Almost the exact same style of halfback, just 10 years younger and with a genuine development pathway into First Grade. The Titans wouldn't know their **** from their face when it comes to player development. Fogarty was a victim of that dysfunction.

The best thing the coach(es) did was let the team that lost to Cronulla go around again. There’s going to be some fluctuation around form and just having an off day, particularly for the youngsters. But you stick with the team that’s shown the potential, don’t retreat to safe/known at first fright....
