So are we floating Sezer/Hingano with Sezer to take full control? I feel if we put Austin back out there he becomes stifled again

Raiders player signing speculation 2018

Earlier in my head I floated the idea that basically we keep Papa on good coin and release Paulo to fund it with the strict conditions that he work harder than ever on fitness and attitude. Just because he's been here for so long and we know how good he can be. But after tonight Paulo played like a ...

Re: 2018 Rd 5 V Bulldogs: Game Day

Ricky would have to be more far gone than I even realised if he puts Oldfield there and not one whichever one of our wingers. I'll be happy with Rapana but I just want to see what Cotric can offer, especially in defense.

I think if we lose every game this year it'll be a pretty strong indication that he needs to go. To himself and the board.

So, go Bulldogs I guess?

I will buy a hat and then eat it if we ever sign Bellamy. Heck, I'll eat the hat if there's even rumours we're targeting Bellamy. Re: Sack Ricky

Paul Green has apparently been issued an ultimatum by the Cowboys to accept their current offer or they'll take it away. Could be on the market very soon. This is the time for us to make an offer at a premiership winning coach

Re: 2018 Rd 5 V Bulldogs: Teams and Previews *Teams p1*

a lot of in depth analysis on this thread. It really is very simple though. If Hodgo's fit we're 3 from 4. We're a poor side without him and will continue to be until he returns. I don't know about 3 from 4. 1 from 4 maybe. 2 from 4 even. But Hodgson isn't going to fix our God awful line speed or m...

Re: 2018 Rd 5 V Bulldogs: Teams and Previews *Teams p1*

I think the other changes will come if they don't get it together. I think basically he felt like they ignored his warning shot of dropping Austin so he fired another one a bit closer to their feet by dropping Papalii. Honestly if this doesn't light a fire up then I think it's safe to say Ricky has ...

I guess we will see tomorrow when the squad gets reduced to 19 (24 hours before kick off it has to doesn’t it?) if Papa is still there. Agreed with Leilua. The man has a spot purely because he can break a game open but when was the last time he did that for us? Re: Stuart blasts 'soft' Raiders

He needs to go back to full steam blowing out the ears angry Ricky. Bellamy completely loses his mind if player scoring a try in a game they're already winning in doesn't try and put the ball down closer to the posts for the conversion. Can you imagine what he'd have to say if he were in charge of o...

Re: Corey Norman in Green

I'd take Norman. Once he gets out of Sydney he'll calm down with the off field stuff and I think he's a good player.

I'm making the stuff up about him calming down but I'd like to think they'd get it out of him.

Re: Sack Ricky

I think Ricky should look at what Ivan Cleary has done with the Tigers and try to copy that. Strip it back to basics and focus heavily on defence. Let the attack happen naturally. Tigers had 20 points put on them yesterday still looks great in defence and managed to put on 30 of their own. That's th...

Williams is fine as a temporary halfback but only if you have someone on the way to replace him. So he's probably here to stay at this stage because somehow I doubt Buzz' claim of a big signing coming.
