Remember when we all hoped that Hodgson might be a solid hooker and maybe if we were lucky would be in the upper half of hookers in the game... To land one of the best hookers in the world right from under everyone's noses is unbelievable. I was just re-reading some of the posts from 2014 when the t...

Not so much for fensom as he isn't a straight swap for a prop but definitely for Vaughn. We haven't had a lot of luck so far this finals series! Here's wishing priest a speedy recovery. Middle third for middle third... I don't really see Priest as a typical prop either... but yeah... Lima did look ...

Re: 2016 Finals Wk 2 V Panthers: Teams and Previews

I'm actually feeling good leading up to this game.

All the focus is on the Panthers. The only attention on the Raiders is on Hodgson's ankle. There's no hype for the players to get swept up in. The moneys swept in behind Penrith.

Being the underdog suits us. It suits us just fine.

The sharkies have just incurred the curse of the viking clap which is as old as the clap itself. It is also a curse that works in reverse and is the reason they have never won a premiership to date.

I have consulted Dr Google and I am completely certain (within 5-100% either side) that Hodgson will be able to come back in 2 weeks (or a week if we risk it for the Biscuit) if his foot is heavily strapped and he's needled up or stuffed and out for up to 12 weeks... Surely Foxsport's new 24 hr NRL ...

Sometimes you just have games like that... play really well, dominate possession and a couple of costly mistakes mean you lose it. I also think if that was a dry paddock, we would have cantered away. It was obvious that we played a more compact and conservative style to suit the conditions. Losing H...
