Ok Men in Green. Don't get out on the grog tonight. Go home without incident and prepare for the 13 a side game. They were on the bus to their airport almost immediately by the looks. He sounds genuine with his remorse. I can forgive young blokes making a mistake as long as they own it and want to learn from it.

NRL will have to go off the police charge sheet and of course that is only one side of the story and isnt necessarily what happened.
Charges change , get dropped all the time , not saying it will but its not without the possibility

His lawyers should tell Todd to shove it. If he sees it then he is forming judgement. There is no way he can not be. Can you imagine Todd watching it and then stands him down , the police prosecutor will let it be known to the courts that his employer the NRL stood him down after viewing the incident

Re: Have the Canberra Raiders finally overcome their salary cap disadvantage?
Its odd that we are classed as one of the successful clubs
We didnt sign a top tier NRL player. Like Cronk or Arrow. We have recruited smartly and got some handy players from the UK . Gave fringe players a run.
Could we sign a marquee player , I doubt it . Maybe if we have another good year or two

If the lawyers have seen the body cam vision they must be confident that he can get off otherwise they would advise Scott to plead guilty to have a greater chance of a lighter sentence .

We arent getting him. He had a backended deal with Souths , something like 500K and 600K the last year . We aren taking that on , especially considering the Storm are chipping in 200K a year for 2 years for Scott. He is a young bloke who came off a serious injury last year. He looks promising . But ...

I think the days of us sacking someone just for another club to sign them are no more. I also think he will serve a suspension and we will move past this. We dont need to over-react. Assaulting a police office could be a range of things from accidentally striking them when being arrested to a full b...

There were no takers up to this point. Joey may stick around this year to keep earning wha...

Why isn’t Williams here getting used to the heat? He was out here for the Lions tour.... and he is entitled to annual leave. And once he gets here, there won’t be any chance for a break. Plus the Raiders will want to give him a chance to have Christmas with his family, which is a compassionate thin...

Whats the idea of the scrum rule , next you will be allowed to play the ball in 3 spots. Why are they making this change? where are the complaints where the scrums take place? 20/40 rule is also dumb , a good defensive set and then the kicker smashes the ball blinly down field they get a bounce and ...

This is about a new manager and not getting anything out of the old deal . Player managers are blight on the game. It was tweeted his last year is about 900k and a car. Thats a good deal. So we are back to the manager not getting a cent until he gets a new deal. Between Bateman and Wighton wanting a...
