I enjoyed watching The English Game A historical sports drama television miniseries about the origins of modern football and when it started crossing class divides Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk That’s on my list to watch. I’m trying to convince Mrs Fui she’d like it because it’s a period piece

Yeah 100% Queen had the easier run. I really enjoyed doing this FA Cup style with randomising the draw each round. Are people happy with this style continuing, or prefer more or a traditional knock out style?

Re: What if Terry Campese went injury free?

Its a tough one. We might have had some more finals appearances, but I don't think the sides we had were strong enough that we only needed a fit Campo to be threats. I'd also be looking at it from the view, if we had a perfectly fit Campo, what players wouldn't we have been able to afford or would h...

Hmm, that’s interesting. I usually dry the meat out for 3hrs, no liquid at this point, then add butter and cider for liquid, wrap it in alfoil, and cook it in that for the last 3hrs. So with that, it would make sense to add the moisture in the last 3hrs, because that’s when you’re putting the flavou...

Re: Off topic

Yeah I use charcoal and wood chunks. If you get the bigger chunks, you only need a block.

Mrs Fui thinks it’s controversial, but I’m anti-wetting the wood. The way I was taught, the smoking process is to dry out the meat, so if you wet the wood chips, you’re putting moisture back into the process

I’ve been doing slow cooked meat for a bit now. You have to keep at it. Your first cook it really about getting to know the smoker, temperatures etc.

I’d also recommend getting an igrill thermometer. It makes your life easier
