I love him as a bloke, but he has to go.
He is our current-day Campo.

Re: 2021 Rd 5 V Panthers: Game Day
I was trying to be on the fence last year, but seriously, Croker broke my heart tonight. I have run out of patience.

Re: Ricky Stuart cleared of alleged referee verbal
Surely Ricky on the sidelines is good for rugby league. He's done nothing wrong... people love to see his emotion and love to see him down with the team on the edge of the field. It'd be a great shame if pressure from the NRL has led to the decision. That one really doesn't come across well from St...

Re: 2021 Rd 3 V Warriors: Game Day
Heart breaking loss. Absolutely heart breaking so emotions will be high I try to stay calm at times like this and wonder where the influence is in a 50/50 game. I honestly think Perinara’s calls in the first fifteen of the 2nd half half had a significant influence. The “forward pass” is a clumsy exc...

Re: End of Croker?
Sorry just wanted to chuck some stats against that.
Round 1, 6 runs, 81 metres
Round 2, 11 runs, 100 metres
It's a good effort and a good return but I can't say I'm on the "OMG A++++ hype train" to do something as drastic as dropping our Captain.

Re: End of Croker?
I'm simply excited Croker has a bit of competition, he shouldn't feel "unsafe" but feeling a little "less safe" is healthy competition. The thing that has been strange though is the enormous praise for Seb. I'm happy to see him back, and he has had a few good touches, but for me ...

Re: OFFICIAL: Canberra Raiders sign Caleb Aekins
I think it's a sign the club isn't completely sold on Adam Cook either. Good to have depth though - may as well dip into the Penrith well, especially while they struggle to retain all their youngsters. Cook doesn't seem big enough to me. Hopefully he (and Curtis for that matter) bulk a little this ...

Re: Canberra Raiders hooker Tom Starling charged with assaulting police
Going to somewhere called the "Shady Palms Bar Restaurant" was his first mistake. Ahah. I used to live in Terrigal. Name aside, that place is absolutely lovely, fantastic food and amazing atmosphere. It's much more like a big bistro under lights and palm trees. It's not a **** by any means.

Re: Canberra Raiders confirm departures of Oldfield and Niko
I'be banged on about it enough to bore people I'm sure. But I'm worried we'll be all "honest toiler" and no strikepower next season. This is what concerns me. HSS and Timoko are still very small. Simonsen has been with us a while now but still doesn't have the brute strength/leg-drive of ...

Re: Canberra Raiders confirm departures of Oldfield and Niko
I must say I'm a bit worried that our issue this year was a total lack of depth in our outside backs, and that's what we're letting go?

I rate Lui so much higher than Guler, I'm not sure what the hype is all about there. Lui has superior leg speed and must have won us posession 10 times this year with 1-on-1 steals

Agree with most sentiments above, Valemei has a stack of potential, but I can't think of many 'wingers with potential' who have won grand finals I'll feel a little more comfy with Oldy back and Raps back on his edge. For me personally, has anyone else recognised the compression on our left edge in a...
