Re: 2019 Trial 1 V Parramatta: Fans' Choice Player of the Preseason

3 Sam Williams
2 Tom Starling
1 Corey Horsburgh

CNK was pretty good too. I won't be surprised to see him get a spot on the bench against the Doggies.

Bateman tried hard.

Williams shows his experience and scores to get a near certain 20-18 scoreline.

I don't know anything about Starling. He plays like a half back. Is he playing out of position tonight?

Abbey has bulked up So he's jersey is now a medium ? You want to talk about bulked up, you should see Williams without his shirt on. At the end of the fan day last week, Bateman was saying he thought he would be playing in the centre. 30 metres away, Williams was walking around with his jersey off ...

Charnze Nicoll Klokstad is off... and he probably should have been playing fullback from the start. Yep, he would have done way better than Simmonsen and whoever the right winger is. I guess Ricky thinks he's shown enough and been given the rest. I like the look of Josh Starling in attack. Starling...

Seriously, Eels 20-6 and we've barely had the ball. Discount the two tries due to poor fullback play and we've got a scoreline of 10-6.

This is our B team.

Glad I'm not an Eels supporter.

Sorry, but Simmonsen is probably going to spend the 2019 season at Mounties. Two errors, but bad ones. I've seen enough; get him out of there.

I'd say the boys have had 8 minutes in possession out 0f 30 minutes and held them out, apart from some Mitchell Moses magic and an error.

I wouldn't put too much stock in whatever tonight's trial game result is. I want Jordo’s Chop Shop at Wanniassa as our jersey sponsor.

I might get 10% off when I wear my Raiders jumper down to the butchers.
I wouldn't mind seeing them come on board in some way if there's a discount involved as well.

Have a look at some of the stadiums the college football teams play in. Not all of them are NCAA powerhouses either. Pretty sure a lot of those are funded by mega rich alumni.
