Re: 2024 Round 6 v Titans: Game Day
Bringing the family down from Sydney for the game. Bit of a danger game as far as attitude is concerned being the favourites and Titans being so poor to date. A win today will take us back to 3rd on the ladder with the best f/a in the comp. I can't remember the last time that was the case. We do hav...

Re: 'We definitely 1 million per cent want to keep Trey': Raiders keen for Mooney to stay
From my perspective, he was solid in his nrl level games last year but didn't dominate and didn't really significantly outperform those above him. I didn't get to watch many cup games last year, so I don't know where his form was leading into his nrl call up. This year, by all reports, he is dominat...

"With Trey, he's a great young player and he's going to get his crack, and when he gets his crack it's his job to keep his spot. But he's got a little bit of seniority above him at the moment. His pathway and development has been to the tee. He's ready to step up and as soon as there's an oppo...

Re: 2024 Round 1 v Knights: Game Day
His service hasn't been bad. He put in a Hail Mary kick on the last play of the half. If it came off it is a miracle try after the buzzer, as long as the Knights don't score no harm no foul.

Savage might have a bright future but he often gets physically dominated in tackles and Sivo is the exact type of player who would dominate him and take him over the sideline like others have. The GH is obsessed with Savage and obsessed with dropping our 2 captains despite the fact we have won 4 str...

Re: Canberra Raiders co-captain Jarrod Croker eyes round one return
The fact that he played most of his games in NSW cup this year is an indication that Ricky probably doesn't see him as an automatic selection at this point in his career. If Croker can work his way back into the team then that can only be a good thing for the team as long as it isn't due to an injur...

Melbourne haven't played yet they could yet be hit hard by the crackdown. The Storm are always pushing the rules as far as they can and if there is any consistency around this round I would be very surprised if they will get through without any charges.

Re: 2021 Rd 8 V Rabbitohs: Game Day
Like it or not, both obstruction calls were correct. Both were correct by the letter of the rules of the game but the black and white interpretation of the rules lacks common sense which is where the issue lies. I would prefer an interpretation that follows common sense or a sense of the game rathe...

I am ok with Havili being used as a forward as he often gets good post contact meters but rather not have him and Starling on the bench Starling just doesn't provide enough utility which we have lacked when our backs have gone down injured. Kris would be a great option for utility on the bench.

Very disappointing side by Stuart. Two hookers again. Kris, one of our best players in the first 5 rounds, gets left out completely. He really likes to think he knows it all to prove everyone wrong. Starting to get sick of this. We will be beaten again Kris was left out of the starting team the fir...

Surely common sense prevails and Ricky picks a fast and slippery Starling instead of havili I'd say the wet and mud takes your speed men out of it and go for the bloke who'll win the collision and churn out some tough yards in the wet. And I'm normally in the "Starling #14" camp. Did you ...

Has he still got a damages case against the cops or was it just that they had to pay legal costs. Are these articles his legal team trying to gain additional leverage for any damages case that might still be pending.

Given he was going to be suspended they should take any penalty and avoid carry over points. Not sure on either of the tackles as the camera angles didn't really show the impact.

Disappointed to see Oldfield leave but he will likely get a better opportunity elsewhere. He is too good to be left in reserves for most of his career but there are younger prospects with higher potential ceilings ahead of him.

The indisputable fact on travel this year is that the two teams who had the most favourable draw and had to do the least were Penrith and Parramatta.
