Re: 2014 Rd 8 V Sea Eagles: Game Day and Post Match
We have had some really heavy rain here in Manly this morning. Hopefully that wont effect Campo and Milford to much.

Happy with this signing.
I know Lee has a lot of talent but he really didn't look like he cared last week. Maybe a little more competition for spots will help.

How innovative.... Hasler sitting by himself coaching with his assistants metres away... Compared to the super coach with family and friends supervising a 40nil loss!!! **** how much more obvious can it be!!! It's like Dads Army! It looked like we hired out the coaches box for a kids birthday party...

Yep your spot on there Aero, I guess I should have said evens out rather than even. Hooker is is the one spot where they have us, no evening out there. Also agree that our forwards are better on paper but there pack is not to bad and if they come ready to play it will be a good battle up front. That...

Great to see Campo and Dugan in the same lineup. I think the difference in class in the number 9 is a huge factor in this one . Would love to see Waddell step up and own the position, but based one previous performances I think that is wishful thinking ATM. The bench is also a concern for me. I rat...

know the raiders, the carneys will tear us to shreads and put 10000 on us but i dont think it really matters what barge **** does monday night, he's not a FG quality player right now he can be, with a good off season he could be back next year and be a good NRL player. But at his current weight and...

Well after watching Parra tonight I'm not too confident and think we really need to be on our game for the full 80. We can't just rely on them having a short turn around and the cold weather. If Hayne has a night out it could be trouble the way we have been defending of late... They did play well d...

Agree with all the positive comments. Fensom is now probably my favourite Raider after Campese.
The best thing about him is that he dose it with minimum fuss. He dose not have to look up at the ref after every tackle with a silly look on his face, like someone just stole his lollies. Great player.

Just on King, very surprised he is in the team. I watch a lot of Manly games and he is a solid first grad prop but, starting #8 for NSW? I thought he was ineffective in his one previous shot at Origin and he is also carrying an injury.

Very strong s westerly blowing now down at Manly beach. It will be a small crowd tonight.
Looking forward to this match, Orford is the key IMO. We also need a solid performance from Buttriss.
Also interested to see Brett White start.

One thing I love about sport is that it gives the opportunity to fight your way off the canvas when everything is going pear shaped.
I hate a mid season sacking, Dave has my support until the end of the year.

It's worth biting that 300k is what white is currently being paid in a team that is way over the cap. I doubt the raiders would be paying that much for him. We certainly don't need him at that price given the front row stocks we already have. True, it might be worth saving the blow ups until we fin...
