Re: 2023 Rd 2 v Dolphins: Game Day

0-2 is frustrating as hell, however I think basics like defensive structure, fitness and ball control are much improved on this time last year. We’re not as far off the pace as many here seem to believe. Attacking fluency will come. I think a change at 9 and some decent game day playing conditions w...

I did get in to make a purchase of 8 tickets, but I've got to get five more. I guess that might help us all keep the faith that we'll get through eventually!

'hot1.ticketek.com.au'. If you refresh you're bounced straight back into queue.

Our red zone attack is still ordinary, but at least we are starting to string some passes together. Definitely an improvement since that game.

Panthers will be nervous in week one. I don't think Parra are good enough to get them, but I think our experience might give us the edge if we finish fourth.

Pretty sure the club had one eye on HSS throughout this negotiation.

Very sad to lose Cotric, but if the figures reported are true then good luck to him, and well done Raiders for holding the line.

Re: 2020 Rd 9 V Storm: Game Day

I can see us snagging a top 8 spot but there is no way we are a top 4 team now. Those calling for Starling, I agree we may need him to get Havili a breather however it'll have to mean we drop the back on the bench. Otherwise we're going to be very light on. Unless of course Starling punches out big...

80% chance of showers on Saturday. Cold and miserable for the Sunshine Coast Storm.

Can I also get in early and say just how chuffed I am that the Roosters get a full two days of extra recovery ahead of the GF rematch next week.

I'm just pleased that the club didn't break the bank to keep him here with his busted shoulder. We had our terms, he (or his manager) didn't like them, on your bike son. A few years back we threw ourselves at the mercy of Milford and his old man - I shudder to think where we'd be now if 10% of the c...

It will be good to be underdogs again next week. That loss will take a bit out of Parra and we might just pull their pants down like the knights did to us a couple of weeks ago. Then back to GIO to smash the dragons and season’s back on baby.

If you were going to watch the NRL regardless of the commercial they run, then the Ad wasn't aimed at you. The NRL isn't going to spend millions just to get you 'pumped', when you're already invested. THE NRL needs corporates, like I've mentioned. That's who they need to win over. Either way, consi...

Manly have impressed me this year. If they show up to play like they did against Melbourne a couple of weeks ago, we'll have to be at our best to beat them. There were a couple moments that really stood out to me as far as showing how much the team has evolved.
