I have him in the middle of the pack of centres across the NRL... Granted this list is from a few weeks ago, provided by Julian... The centers in the NRL last week were: Jennings, Hoffman, Whare, Blake, Walker, Parker, Arthars, Kelly, Hunt, Ramien, Tupou, Mitchell, Croker, Cotric, O’Neill, Opacic, ...

FTR, Croker's win record as captain is 54%. Prior to that his win record was 42%. Definite upward trend. :)
And Hodgo....
Hodgo has a 51.5% win record over the same period.

Re: Jarrod Croker

Papa would need to play many more seasons to catch Croker’s loss record of 128 games. Croker has a good 30 game loss lead on him. Can anyone point to a Raider who has captained or played in more losses than JC ? My point is if you hang around a long time you do rack up lots of personal records but ...

NR - people like to laud Croker’s indivudual records and what he does for the club. He has been playing 1st grade since 2009 and has been captain for most that time. He has a win record of slightly over 47%. Over 10 years when the raiders have run out with him in the team usually as skipper we have...

Good old McFadden's. Our sponsorship equivalent of Matt Rua.

I guess Jack being picked at centre for NSW blows away the conspiracy theory there is some sort of bias against the Raiders keeping Croker out of Origin. I just realised that there is only 1 centre playing Origin in game 2. A fullback and 2 x 5/8s have got the nod over every other eligible/healthy centre in the game.
...and the best centre in the game just got dropped.

Julian, I reckon the side picked is there to play an up tempo game. I reckon there will be a lot more support for Damien Cook with such a mobile pack. Jake and Dale are not bad meter eaters themselves. They have some footwork and run angles well. They are also mobile in the defensive line so there ...

Glad to see Finucane in the side. He is a middle forward similar in style to Jake Trbojevic. I see that as a positive at Origin level. So how does Freddy use him with Trbojevic already there? Half a game each? Then how do they use Murray? The other 2 bench players are edge forwards ( also questiona...

I think there's too big a gap to teams like Roosters and Storm for us to be contenders. That said if you're in it you can win it. If we can remain in the top 4 come September then we at least have a shot. Left out the Bunnies since the Panthers just knocked them off? These teams are not invincible....

A 1 month injury means he'll only miss one game. That's as good a timing as you can get. With Rapana getting back to 100% and Hodgo still returning this break has worked out very well for us.

Sam has two advantages over sezer 1 - Field goal kicking 2 - He works with hodgson better. Sezer wins on most other points. Williams has more finesse on his short kicking game on the red zone.
