And I don't think he quite realises that he's having a go at the supporters, not the players. It doesn't matter what we think or do, whether we think it was a great performance or a rubbish one, the opinions of people on this website don't affect the performance of the team one iota. Yeah mate, i'm 100% with you on the fact that AFL or Soccer could spend a million bucks each every year for the next hundred years on promotion but it will still be a RL area. That i'm certainly not disputing or questioning. I'm simply saying it is in the NRL's interests for Western Sydney and Gold...

My apologies Sasha, I know that you guys love the club. I just get the impression that you care less about results as you derive a lot of enjoyment out of the RA hanging out together. I was asking that you show a little understanding for the many GH members who don't have that opportunity (either t...

ow I get that the RA people just go along for the social side of things, but surely those people have to understand that most people sitting at home don't enjoy watching their side play rubbish football? Personally I'm not really interested in supporting a football side for what I can get out of it...

More generally, moderators can't be explaining every action to moderate the board. Can I please remind everyone that it is against forum guidelines to go over the top in terms of language/criticism of anyone , including the players. By all means feel free to make commentary and analysis that is critical, but some of the comments I've just read go beyond that. Posters do not need ...

Even though I'd pick McCrone over Herbet, and even though Herbet has caused me to shout expletives on numerous occassions, I refuse to bash him. I was at the tigers game last year at canberra stadium and some of the abuse he copped that day mostly off our own supposed 'fans' was disgraceful. Poor b...

There's also no point in him going nuts over a pre-season trial. I can't recall what game it was, but at halftime last year in one of our home games the Fox Commentator made mention he could hear Dave Furner ripping into the boys during the break. I think it was the Tigers game? :hmmm The dressing ...

Heard they have new owners now, so should be ok.. First year losses are always inflated because of start up costs, but the Fury were horribly mismanaged.. There seems to be an assumption emerging from some around here, that if you analyse performances, and point to areas where there was underperformance, and things need to improve, that those people don't support the club. http://www.yardwear.net/blog/content/binary/foilhat.jpg p.s. when manly were short a halfback they bought themselves one (albeit I think orford is rubbish) he did the job and is far far better then herbert.
