Just watched The Bodyguard and enjoyed it. Couple of plot holes. Was expecting a bit more amazing from people’s reactions.

Have they decided which Raider’s season is getting sacrificed on the altar of the All Stars game yet?

I read ‘free flowing football’ as ‘putting the whistle away’ which leads to the stifling issues BJ has mentioned ^ More wrestle, slower ptb’s and 7m instead of 10m creates dull footy Exactly right. The NRL should learn to think for themselves instead of doing whatever channel nine says they should....

GE's private jet will be touching down, direct from Honolulu to Canberra. He's just a 10 minute helicopter ride from the Magistrates Court now. Really needs to get his feed up and running though. Well I guess this is the closest we're going to get to a Boogs this year, so nominations for best dress...

NRL ban Jack Wighton for 10 matches, impose $30,000 fine

Political correctness got out of hand hasn’t it Timbo? Back in my day it was ALWAYS “Merry sentencing day”. Nowadays we’re not allowed to exclude groups from enjoying a good sentencing. But I mean is “Happy sentencing” that much more inclusive?

World’s gone mad.

That’s really stretching things to suggest a lack of accountability on the football field leads to this kind of behaviour. He’s clearly got problems, and clearly has no interest in resolving them despite sitting out half a season and facing sentencing. Keeping him at the club is asking for more fail...

Is it a wonder the team lacks ability to make the right decisions in games with players like this in the spine?

Seemed like Mounties got half of the first grade trial last year. If there was no full Mounties trial then it’d be like first grade going from 0.5 trials to 2 and Mounties going 0.5 to 1.

No we're not. I'm pointing out that it has been the case for at least the last three generations in my family that people HAVE had to move to places they would not choose for the sake of buying their first home, and it had nothing to do for the most part with negative geared investors. Nothing's ch...

Yeah, I think you're getting nitpicky. Most people don't sell their family homes very often. The fact is that you phrased the argument in terms of an investment, and then mocked me for doing the same. My parents had a fairly transferable job. The point was not that they moved to Canberra, it was th...

The fact is, there's a constant dialogue about how house prices are 'impossible' and 'out of reach' of young people. You’re both right on the basics.

Except you know what doesn’t help? Having investors in the mix too.

Characterising it as people being upset they can’t buy in Mosman is lazy and offensive.
