POLL: 2018 Highs and Lows: Worst Loss

What a read. I need several drinks. I think I’d have to go with either -GD- on Manly for the given reason of basically being rooted in what March? Early April? Otherwise maybe Round 1 as a representative of all the close losses as well as signifying that we had not learned a **** thing from 2017 and...

Re: Andrew McFadden returns to Raiders as Assistant Coach

I’d say as far as nepotism hires go, this is likely to be one of the better ones. At least you can make a decent case for him. Brett White had nothing by comparison.

The Canberra effect does apply to coaches too, but gee it’d be nice to bring in someone new occasionally.

Likewise, losing the way we have this year hurt at the time, but it doesn't affect what we are capable of in the future. I dunno, there looks to be some serious mental scarring to me. 2018 in review - Jack Wighton

Does the logic work? Couldn't care less, couldn't give a ****. Jack Wighton got black out drunk, walked around Civic belting people. He plead guilty to that, and was suspended almost half a season for it, he's lucky it was only that, he's lucky he wasn't sacked, he's lucky his actions didnt result ...

Re: 2019 Memberships

Surely the cost of the merch caps out at about $10. Any option to add on a quality coat/jacket instead would see you save maybe that $10 off the cost of what? A $200 coat? For the amount of people jumping at that huge discount it’s not worth their time and effort. My suggestion - put $20 on them to ...

By that logic Guler scores under 1, Hodgo about 3 and Tapine about 5. No argument if you want to weight the off field stuff heavily but I think his contribution on the field was more than a lot of players, even in half the time. Well, yeah, I mean if you want to be silly about things. Common sense ...

He played 54% of games Matt. If you were rating his season by game by game averages then 5.4 would have been he played perfectly in all of his games. If you think he was somewhere between a 7 and an 8 that works out to... a 4. But I’m with GEM. Screwed up so massively it virtually made all his on fi...

The argument isn’t that he was biased within that match. It’s that her reaction was treated differently from the way other white males are treated when they react like that. Not that I subscribe to the argument. I haven’t seen anything substantive to show that is the case. Nor do I think a time when...
