Re: 2022 State of Origin II: Blues V Maroons

NSW win womens under 19s, mens under 19s, womens origin and Origin 2 in the same weekend.

Very dominant.

Re: 2022 State of Origin II: Blues V Maroons

Not a bad game. Millie Boyle has quite the motor on her. I can understand a few clubs chasing her. I enjoyed it, I thought NSW were far and away the better team but Qld seemed to be able to take their limited opportunities. Isabelle Kelly as player of the match was the right decision, I thought she...

Great try from Jada Taylor. She got to about 30m to go, had nothing left but suddenly saw the girl behind had even less.

The Qld structure has really fallen away under fatigue. No defensive line at all.

Next week is a massive round. Manly (Melbourne), Roosters (Penrith) and Souths (Parra) probably all go into the round as underdogs. Obviously if we beat Dragons they will lose too, so it is possible that we could be the only team of the five seemingly competing for the last two spots, that wins next...

A PNG side without LUKE PAGE just don’t look right. Should be a cautious tale to anyone who thinks a PNG side in the NRL is a good idea. He has been offered a decent contract once before but the people around him thought it was a good idea to go elsewhere. Look where that ended up - 5 years in the wilderness.

Hopefully the same mistake is not made a second time.

if you look at those women's teams, it should be a really good game. If you take the best 34 players in the country, you have some really talented athletes and well worth watching. The question is when you are trying to fill 10 teams and realistically need 200 players, does the talent drop away so m...

Presumably Xavier Savage could have been a marquee player for Qld in the same way as Mooney. Glad he is not, we don't need him doing things he can do in juniors, we need him playing against men where things like one handed carries get you smashed into next week.
