Do you realise that

1) English people in general are normally able to speak English.

2) our current co-captain is English.

Re: 2021 NSW Cup

One thing the NSWRL has been able to achieve is what so many see as being the perfect solution for a draw. All teams play each other exactly twice, once at home, once away. 10 home games. 10 away games.

Re: Canberra Raiders announce Canberra Milk as new major sponsor for 2021

Agree with this. It's not a disgusting jersey as such. But I can't get around a navy jersey scheme. It's essentially a Cowboys jersey with the white replaced by lime green. The white, yellow and blue replaced by a sky blue strip in between green and navy is pretty ordinary too IMO. I'm worried abou...

I know it is included above, but just to highlight that the games on Saturday are at Seiffert Oval not Raiders Belconnen as per some of the earlier versions of the fixture.

It is not as if they are around the corner from each other if you go to the wrong one!!

Re: Our next skipper

Surprised no one has mentioned tapine as an option. I reckon he'd be odds on favourite. 2 years is a long time and I guess anything could happen. As a smokey, I reckon if guler kicks on in the way many of us hope he will, I reckon he could also be an option. Tapine would be one of the last choices ...

Re: Canberra Raiders announce Canberra Milk as new major sponsor for 2021

It's abhorrent, that's no understatement. The fact that it is so polarising is reason enough to get rid of it. Green jersey, blue/gold/white arm bands, that is our jersey. Agree with this. It's not a disgusting jersey as such. But I can't get around a navy jersey scheme. It's essentially a Cowboys ...

Re: Canberra Raiders announce Canberra Milk as new major sponsor for 2021

The jersey is still predominantly lime green. Blue is one of the club colours... I don't think that breaches the culture, values and traditions of the club. I'd say bottle green and black with fluro breaches tradition etc... but not this one. It isn't even the traditional blue tone for this club. I...

Very exciting draw. This is what some have been wanting for a long time. I was one of those wanting this too but in all honesty I didn’t ever expect it to happen. Well done to those who kept up the argument. NSW Cup curtain raisers before 7 of our 12 home games (one of those home games in Wagga) and...

Fortunately I don't have experience in these things, but 3 months licence suspension for such a low range - is that normal? When I see that RBT TV show occasionally, the ones just over often get a fine but no licence suspension. It mustn't be his first offence. .05 to .08 is normally 2 months for f...

I find it interesting that Curtis Scott has been named in the NSW Cup side as well. I can understand why some other FG'ers are playing in that game as well to get up some game time, but he is the only 'big name' that you would have expected to be guaranteed a spot in Round 1 to be named. I wonder i...

Only players missing from the top 30 (which current contains 29 players) are Jarrod Croker and Corey Harawira-Naera. We know Croker is injured and presumably CHN is suspended by the club. Mariota, Mooney, Savage and Webb not selected from the development players. We know Mooney and Savage are injure...

According to the ACT Govt dashboard, we have had 118 cases, over 75% overseas acquired. I guess it depends on what is considered community transmission.
