Re: Newcastle Knights sign Canberra Raiders back James Schiller
And props to the Knights, they would have seen him scoring tries for fun in Cup last year, at centre. Good signing for them NSW Cup this year CM, he ran about 80 meters and beat 4 Knights players to the goal line. No Knight could catch him. I was at that match and it was a spectacular effort. I rec...

I have just watched both post game pressers and Des Hasler is living down to his initials. This made me laugh. Hope you had a nice B'day btw. Thanks HKR. I had a top day and the Raiders winning was icing on the Birthday Cake. On the Ref Casey Badger, I’ve never seen Annesley hang a ref out to dry l...

Although the injuries are unfortunate, the side looks better balanced with backrower/center Simi on the bench. Needs more Woolford.

I am expecting to see SimiS named later today. That will be a good thing. I have been impressed with what he has produced so far in Green. Have to feel for ZacH though.

I can't see a productive future for the Levi-Starling combination. It's terrible in defence as well as being chaotic in attack. Unless we are 6 points down with 5 minutes to go and have no other options. Sent from my CPH2021 using Tapatalk Woolf needs to start imo. DL is averaging about 4 missed ta...

Re: Through green eyes 2024
I am one of the biggest Fog fans on here but the field goal does not negate the 8 missed tackles and the poor kick which gave the Titans the opportunity to level the game. 7 at best. DL missed 4 tackles and the Clanger effort for the Titans first try was not FG level. Opposition coaches will see opp...

Anyone missing Wighton? Nope? Let's make sure Ethan gets paid. Jack went to Redfern to win a comp. He went to win a trophy PJ, not thinking it could be made of wood. I hope we do get the extension done with Ethan Strange very soon. He is only missing the FG experience which he is gaining each week....

Sam Verrills and I got to the same barber (literally) and he would 100% fit with the culture of the club - is a top bloke. I think we will and should sign Rapana for next year. Sticky recently talking about loss of momentum when Papa and Taps go off and he continued with the in form Saulo and the NSW Cup 'Momentum Man' Trey Mooney. All very positive. Another positive is Kasey Badger will be the Ref.

Raiders are currently 3 from 5 games played and well in front of last years 1 from the first five games. I thought Mariota should have been a 6. His one on one tackle on Sivo in about the 55th minute when Ata absolutely smashed him. That is one of the only times Sivo has been dominated in a one on o...

People worrying too much about defence/handling errors again. A couple of comments on Facebook that Schiller "not first grade quality" as a result. Come on. Are we really that risk averse?? I don't relate to these types. Let's have some fun, let's watch someone who can light up the field ...

Re: 2024 Round 5 v Eels: Game Day
Just watched the replay. I don't want to over-hype the kid, but Strange reminds me of Kalyn Ponga. Not that he's a fullback, but he moves, steps, and runs in very similar fashion to Ponga IMO. While it's not a good thing to compare rookie players with past or present players, the similarity for me ...

Yeh last night will mean nothing if we don’t back it up this week. Titans are getting desperate and if we have a hint of complacency we get our pants pulled down. Very Happy with the two competition points, but gee the Eels played poorly. So much dropped ball. Dumb penalties. Having said that, in Strange, Xav and Timoko we have so much individual strike power. The side is the NEW ZEALAND Warriors so I imagine they would not care so much if the opening of the new Stadium in Christchurch is a home game for them, than if they were still the Auckland Warriors. They re-branded themselves in 2001.
