Cowboys were terrible. It would have been a travesty if they’d plucked that game out of the fire.

How often can Suailli get away with continual leg lifts on the defender.

Geez Keary got away with a clear chicken wing too.

Re: 2024 NRL Round 10: Teams and Game Day

Such a poor home crowd for the Roosters at such an amazing new stadium against a good team.

I’m still amazed that rebuilding the old SFS was a higher priority than other stadiums across Sydney.

I reckon we’d get a few more recruits to Canberra if we had a billionaire owner who keeps accidentally dropping brown paper bags of cash around the club

Well that’s a very soft sin bin. A blatant trip in the Tigers Knights game only was awarded a penalty.

Wighton tried to compete with Naden as a poor performing former Raider but didn’t have as bad a game. But he was still pretty hopeless.

 That is actually one of the most infuriating parts of the presser... when Annesley asks "any questions?" and it's crickets except for me at home screaming at my computer "YES! ME! I HAVE QUESTIONS" And yeah, i think you've hit on exactly why that is as it relates to the qu...

But what's the point of him hanging out to dry a touch judge who incorrectly raised his flag? We all know the guy made a mistake, what's the point in crucifying him over it. Again, what he did to Kelsey Badger was simply unacceptable. I'd prefer he instead used his session to clarify rulings that w...

Some Good point guys. Annesley sessions are great when he explains uncommon rules or explains how the rules are being interpreted or re-interpreted by the referees or Bunker. It’s when he starts contorting reasons as to why a pass wasn’t forward due to a range of conflicting claims, when everyone co...

I don’t think Whitehead polling 3 points and nearly double that of the bloke getting 2 points was on anyone’s bingo card this year. Especially not against Manly away in his first game in about 8 weeks. Amazing effort from the old fella. It was certainly one of those handful of occasions where a pla...

This government is expert in putting lipstick on pigs. They should open a pig beautician academy. Down in Tuggeranong we don’t even get the lipstick or the pig. The ACT government promises they will deliver a Tuggeranong pig with lipgloss before each election, but never even deliver a slice of ham.

The maccas powerplay now having to get the meal straight after the game is a bit of a rort. Much better when you had a couple of days to claim it.

Jack could roll a grubber past the dead ball line from halfway. He just isn’t a finesse player.

Fog and Strange definitely have the better short kicking games than our previous halves of the last decade. Fog probably has the best long kicking game too.

Re: Rugby League 2024

He hung Casey Badger out to dry over a player being one step offside for a charge down on a slow motion replay in Golden Point. Something that every rugby league fan knows happens regularly.

Annesley certainly didn’t do her any favours putting her back in charge of a game just a few weeks later.

Yep she let Bulldogs get away with a lot over the last 20 minutes that has frustrated the Tigers into losing the plot.

That late tackle by Crichton on Sezer when he was held in the tackle was ridiculous.

Actually well highlighted, Brooks was a bit off tonight. He’s been very up and down this season.

He’s a good player when his team is on the front foot, but seems to struggle when his team is under the pump.

That would have been magic. I was there in late 1991 when Mal scored late and kicked the winner from the sideline to keep us in the top 5. Too many other times at Brookvale were very painful. Was that the one at home vs Doggies when Mal reminded reporters after the match, "It's an 80 minute ga...
