Re: Canberra Raiders recruit Curtis Scott arrested after Moore Park incident

I think Curtis Scott would have to receive an actual jail sentence for him to be sacked.

I also think it’s very unlikely that he will see jail time. Some sort of suspended sentence would be most likely.

Re: Canberra Raiders recruit Curtis Scott arrested after Moore Park incident

The NRL needs to get tougher on financial payouts to players who are found guilty of crimes and stood down by clubs. The only way for some players to consider the full ramifications of what they do, is to hit them in the hip pocket. When it comes to criminal offences. No play, No pay. Clubs should a...

I thought he came up with some fantastic tough carries in the GF. I think he always makes fantastic tough carries, just when we seem to need it most. I've seen him countless times push teammates out of the way to make them too. Too right. Plenty of breaks have started the play after a quick BJ hit ...

Re: Wests Tigers consider signing Joey Leilua from Canberra Raiders

My concern about letting BJ go, is he is the only X factor player in our team. The flick pass for the Storm semi final win, plus plenty of other outrageous attacking plays out of nothing, makes him a big danger player. Yes he makes some mistakes, but it’s alarm bells for the defence that opens up op...

Raiders player signing speculation 2020

If the Tigers pay BJ Leluia based on how he has performed against them, he would be paid $2 million a season.

They might be willing to sign him just to reduce the chances of us destroying them out wide. Gee he wrecked their defence a few times these last few seasons.

It's a much better spine than last year and they still managed to limp into the 8. Some of those young forwards will be a year better as well. I’m not writing them off as the semi final kick is exactly what they needed to ensure a good offseason. They have previously responded well to a bad season.
