Re: Canberra Raiders recruit Curtis Scott arrested after Moore Park incident

Acouple of cases ive seen happy to people out on the piss, has been-theyve passed out or blacked out drunk, get woken by an officer, which is when the drunk oerson wakes up to some random trying to do something to him, and being drunk would react with aggression thinking they themselves were being ...

I believe that using the taser automatically triggers a camera, or at least that's the case in QLD.

Re: Wests Tigers consider signing Joey Leilua from Canberra Raiders

Here's a little thought from an old friend of mine, who used to handle the legals for one of the big Sydney clubs: " By the time news of a contract has hit the media, it's already been on my desk for three months in most cases. The idea of a club 'sounding out a player' and then signing them three d...

Have you actually seen him play or are you referrencing the fact that the next SBWs rarely kick on to have decent firat grade career? I have to confess that when i was reading this i felt like this wad something id read about luke bateman 5 or 6 years ago. That said, youd rather have a bunch of the...

I’m calling him to never play more than a seasons NRL and to actually never make the grade. Not enough speed, agility and strength for mine. Hopefully he proves me wrong. Very possible to get a steak in Vietnam, though it will cost you about 20-30 times more than a local meal.
If you find a cheaper steak, be aware that it's almost certainly water buffalo, and may not be quite what you're expecting.

The real scandal is the lack of decent craft beer.

Jack had better be very careful with both his onfield form and off field behaviour. Clubs get very incentivised to not be very patient when there's that kind of money locked up in a player.

We're clearly skirting around the seminal point of this topic, which is building the political will in this country to legislate the death penalty for responding to 'thank you' with 'Nah, too easy'.

I'd imagine that the England rugby team would be quite used at this point to having an Australian in their inner sanctum, considering that their coach is...you know, Australian.

Not sure it really works that way, does it? I think the enthusiasm for something like the NRL doesn't necessarily stop when this kind of thing happens (repeatedly), but it does diminish.
The balloon doesn't burst, but I think it deflates over time.
